　　Noel Gourmelen 是斯特拉斯堡大学地球观测研究所的副教授，前欧空局的访问科学家。研究领域包括地震周期（seismic cycle）、岩浆动态（magmatic unrest）、地下水动力学（reservoir dynamic）和基于雷达干涉测量的极地气候变化（effect of climate change on the cryosphere and radar interferometry）。他的主要研究成果有：环内华达中心地震带震后形变研究（Post-seismic deformation across the Central Nevada Seismic Belt），InSAR-GPS集成系统的InSAR轨道纠正（InSAR orbital correction from InSAR-GPS integration），矿采造成的地面形变研究（mining related ground deformation），Larsen-C冰架底部冰溶研究 （Isolating the Larsen-C ice shelf mass instability）和多孔径合成雷达相关研究（Multiple Aperture InSAR）。
