报告人简介：日本东海大学j9游会真人游戏第一品牌信息研究中心主任，现任亚洲j9游会真人游戏第一品牌学会理事长。主要研究方向是基于被动微波j9游会真人游戏第一品牌技术的海冰j9游会真人游戏第一品牌及灾害监测。近年来参与开发了日本宇宙开发研究机构（JAXA）GCOM-W1/ AMSR2 卫星计划的海冰产品。目前负责日本学术振兴会的重大项目，研究2011年日本东北大地震的灾害监测和重建评估。
摘要：On March 11, 2011, Great East Japan Earthquake struck Tohoku Region of Japan. Huge area in the northeast coast of Japan was seriously damages by the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and subsequent tsunami. Since then, the authors have been monitoring the recovery of the tsunami damaged area by ground survey and satellite image data analysis. In this study, we clarify the recovery status of various damaged areas of Miyagi Prefecture by comparing multi temporal satellite images.
