1. Deadline for on-line abstract submission postponed to April 05, Acceptance notice postponed to April 12.
2. The conference papers will be published as a special issue in three journals (“International Journal of Digital Earth”, “Journal of Remote Sensing” and “Journal of Mountain Science”).
The full paper should be submitted to ISLRS2012 office (islrs2012@163.com) before August 1, 2012. The selected papers will be published in the special issue of the three journals.
With immense amounts of data available from satellite observations, sophisticated models and inversion algorithms have been developed and a series of satellite products have been generated to meet the needs for spatial information on Earth’s environment and resources. This meeting will assess the current progress and identify the future research directions of land remote sensing.
Both review and technical papers are solicited on modeling and inversion algorithms, production systems, validation, and utilization of these relevant land surface products.
The official language of the symposium is English.
