姚云军，男，博士，山东蒙阴县人，1980年2月出生，北京师范大学地理科学学部副教授、博士生导师。主要从事j9游会真人游戏第一品牌估算陆表蒸散、陆表水循环参量估算与分析以及j9游会真人游戏第一品牌干旱监测等方面研究。先后参加国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等科研项目20余项，发表SCI论文60余篇。
1. 2017年1月-2020年12月，国家自然科学面上基金《陆面潜热通量j9游会真人游戏第一品牌融合估算及其时空变化归因研究》，65万元，主持；
2. 2016年6月-2021年6月，国家重点研发计划“全球变化及应对”重点专项“全球气候数据集生成及气候变化关键过程和要素监测”第二课题“海洋气候数据集生成与分析”子课题《全球海洋能量平衡参量数据集生成研究》，250万元，主持
